Your $10 package includes one single portrait and a group photograph , size 18x13cm and must be selected before the form can be completed and sent.

• Additional packages can be ordered , digital files are also available .
• Please complete the form below which when payment is received becomes your photo order form. 
• If you have more than one child at school please complete one online form for each, payment can be combined, please provide details on your order form.
• You will be directed to payment details once your form is completed below.

PAYMENT 

• Payment needs to be received with your order please do this from your app or own online banking.
• You will be redirected to the payment details after you complete your order form.

Payment and your order needs to be received by Monday 27th September 5pm sorry, no late orders or orders on photo day can be accepted .
